Imagine Beef Brisket slow cooked (over 14 hours) over Mississippi Pecan wood, Kansas City Style Ribs featuring Blues Hawg BBQ sauce, Carolina Pulled Pork with coleslaw and classic vinager based sauce. Add on our side items which include southern collard greens, three cheese macaroni and cheese, BBQ Beans, red potato salad, coleslaw, peach cobler and banana pudding.
